If you are looking for a dynamic woman who will get things done then you need look no further than Mrs. Sarah Palin. Hockey mom to the masses (and to five of her own children). Sarah Palin’s early career is essentially a series of action oriented events that all served to put her name on the Republic map. Rarely liked by the people she has led, they all respected her. Those that didn’t were fired. Simple.

One of the first tasks that Sarah Palin got to when she was elected mayor of Wasilla in 2006 was to give police chief Stambaugh his marching orders. The reason? Sarah Palin didn’t think that he fully supported her efforts to govern the city.

When not sacking senior officials, Sarah Palin made some drastic and lasting changes. Bike paths; improvements to the roads and sewers; more money to the ailing police force. All changes that Sarah Palin managed to carry out, despite cutting taxes in many areas. The changes were largely popular and Palin won no less that 74% of the vote when she ran against Stein for a second term. Only term limits (which Sarah Palin herself supported) prevented a successful third term.
